Ms. Enchinton also represents production talent and those who make events, products, and programs happen. She is conversant in arranging film financing and has negotiated high-profile endorsements and licensing deals. Ms. Enchinton works with talent based in locations across the country, including Nashville, Tennessee; New York City; Miami, Florida; and Los Angeles, California.
Ms. Enchinton’s start in the entertainment industry came through the mentorship of The Jeffersons star Sherman Hemsley, who portrayed the series’ title character and was a business partner of her mother. With these established professionals as partners, she founded Silver Swan Productions and parleyed the success of this enterprise into launching her own talent agency.
